What does a defined Sacral center mean?
A defined Sacral means you carry a steady, renewable supply of life force. It's colored in on your chart because at least one full channel connects it to another center, so the energy is always running.
That energy works best when it's used on things your gut says yes to. Spend it on work you responded to and you finish the day tired in a good way, sleep well, and start fresh. An open Sacral means you don't have your own consistent access to that work energy. The square is white on your chart, and Manifestors, Projectors, and Reflectors all have it this way, about 30% of people combined.
An open Sacral still does something. It takes in the Sacral energy of the people around you and amplifies it. Sit in an office full of Generators and you can feel like a machine, keeping pace with everyone and then some. The trouble shows up when you go home. Is the Sacral center the same as sacral authority?
They're related but not the same. A defined Sacral gives you sacral authority only when your Solar Plexus is open.
Authority follows a fixed order, and the Solar Plexus sits at the top. If both centers are defined, you have emotional authority. Your gut still answers, but the answer has to ride out your emotional wave before you can trust it. So a defined Sacral on its own doesn't tell you how to decide.
